rotate camera view to match environment map

Hi all,

I have several objects on my scene and a camera. I am about to render a image from camera view. Since I am using environment map and I want to make sure that the environment map's reference frame is the camera, I believe the best solution is to rotate the whole scene based on the camera. Is there a easy way to do so?

Thanks a lot!

Why don't you rotate the environment map?

Use the "Offset" values in the coordinates rollout of the bitmap map, the "Angle" values won't work.

An U offset of 1.0 equals 360° rotation around the Z axis, but be careful with the V offset, you may get a circle of earth in the sky 🙂
