line(spline) from vertexes

is there anyway to make a line(spline) by selected vertexes ?

There is a way to make line spline with select edge of a mesh object.
And the other would be to use a snap tool to draw a line by snapping
on the consecutive vertices.

Convert an edge, or edges to a shape. 3D snapping would be faster, both have their uses. Of course a vertex selection can be converted to edges, but you may need to shrink or manually adjust the selection in that case.

"Create shape from selection" is available in Edge and Border sub0object modes, not in Vertex.

See if placing an Edit Poly Modifier offers you the option to create a shape from selection, then remove the Edit Poly modifier.
