Nice, however this would be a very costly way to make car tires in terms or rendering time and resources.
I would suggest this approach, worked well for me back when I made tires.
Use a deform on curve in the end.

For the sidewall data, a bumpmap should suffice.
Of course, if you just want to showcase tires, then that is a very good result.
