Need help for Mesh problem

Hi I'm beginner to maya 2012, when i download and import model (.obj)to maya the mesh flow was too bad ,i do no now how to reduce or make it correct for my rigging process.i try quadrangulate also but i'm not getting the flow maybe i miss something to do.
