How to see through walls.. ie backface cull??

Hi there,

Im trying to use the backface cull method so I can see through my exterior walls so I can design an interior inside a box but it doesnt seem to be working for me... Do I have to flip or invert the ploygons?? Heres a pic of what I have done:

I think you're misunderstanding what Backface Cull does (and why). Convert that Box to Editable Poly and delete the Poly on the top. Turn Backface Cull on and off to see what it's doing.

To see through the sides then yes, you would have to flip all the polys so they are facing inwards. If you intend to render from inside the box (only) then you need to do that anyway otherwise it may not render correctly. Alternatively you could try X-Ray (see-thru) mode - select the Box and press Alt+X. Switch the viewport to Shaded (as opposed to Realistic) otherwise the see-thru looks very grainy.
