Help with rendering please

I have just finished modelling an Audi R8 filling a tutorial but when I start to colour and then render I get the following

// Warning: (Mayatomr.Scene) : Car_panel_misc_lf_b: can't resolve light links

I have used the car paint shader to color and have not set up any lighting.

Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how I can fix it.
