Displacement To Poly

Trying to find the equivalent of Maya's "DisplacementToPoly" in Softimage. (any versions)

In other words, how to bake a displacement texture map into actual geometry.

 

The closest I got was to "push" geometry by "weightmap" or ICE's "deformation push by texture map"
