Mockup installation failure

I've tried a few times to install Mockup 360 without success.  I tried on (2) PCs and got bluescreened.  Then I installed a Microsoft hotfix and followed these instructions from Autodesk.  I did not get a blue screen but received a message that stated that the software could not be run.

 

I'm running Windows 7 / 64bit

Hello,

 

I am sorry to hear you are having issues installing Mockup 360.

 

When you received a message that stated that the software could not be run, did there happen to be an installation log or any kind of additional information about the problem?

 

Also when you say you received a message, was this during the installation or after the install was successful and you attempted to launch or log into Mockup 360?

Blue screen here as well.

Hi,

have you tried installing Mockup360 again?

 

We have made changes to prevent the Blue Screen issue and would like to know if it now works for you.

I tried on my laptop and received this message:

 

"Cannot Start Application"

 

"Application cannot be started.  Contact the application vendor."

sorry to hear that you're still unable to install the application.

 

Did you try uninstalling previous versions and cleaning the cache as described in this thread?

Thanks for the link.  I uninstalled it along with process analysis 360 and cleared the cache then attempted to reinstall it but I received this error:

Did you install Mockup from the Trial page?

Not sure where I installed it from.  I just googled it and picked the first link.  I was using Internet Explorer.

I went ahead and downloaded from the link you sent me on my other computer, using Chrome and it installed fine!
