Mockup 360 Application failed to run

Hi all,

 

I've having trouble getting mockup 360 to run. I double click the icon on the desktop, it says lauching aplication for a second then i get the splash screen for a moment then nothing.

I have tried installing from Firefox and Internet explorer and manually.
 Made sure my Virus scanner is off and windows fire wall, and user access control is off

I'm running Windows 8 64bit, Java is upto date 64bit version

 

Not sure what else to check? Or am I missing something obvious

Hi GNR88,

 

Could you try deleting the 3 files and the Mockup360 folder in the path below and relaunch the product?

%Userprofile%\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Web Services

 

Please let me know if this helps at all or if you still have issues and we can follow up to see how to resolve this problem.

Why did the Mockup 360 Application fail? I have lots of works that needs to be done. Do you have any solution?
