Sometimes a Parametric Dimension's Behavior Is Very Strange
This is the situation. I have the drawing view. This view has a parametric dimension. This dimension uses a global design variable. When I issue Power Edit for this dimension (for example, I need to apply tolerances) and choose OK, I receive the message which tells me that dimension requires the numeric value and highlights the value in the Expression box.
