We have a drawing that has over 100 xrefs in it, and it is taking a little
less than 10 minutes to save. The drawings are all on the network. What
can we do about this?

system: dual p3 800
op sys: Win2k Pro
network: Full duplex 100 mbit connection
software: Mechanical Desktop 6
Does the drawing contain scenes? We have a known issue in MDT6 with
performance on save
of a drawing containing many xrefs to subassemblies and many (6 or more)
scenes.
We are working on a fix for this that will be included in the first service
pack.
