MDT6 only runs from Autodesk Shared directory

The only way my MDT installation on WinXPP will start is from the Autodesk Shared directory. If I initiate the program by running a acad.exe or *.arg shortcut with any start in location other than Autodesk Shared, I get a "The procedure entry point ?_acFreePages@@YIXPAX@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library ac1st15.dll." error message. This also occurs when double clicking on a dwg file. Can anyone tell me how to correct this?

On my XP machine I seem to be able to start MDT60 in any
directory without a problem.  This was a update over the last version of
MDT.

Simply just copy contain of autodesk shared
directory and paste it into mdt6 directory. If it asks you to overwrite some
files, say no. Missing dll files will be returned back.
