Help!

I have Inventor 2010 installed, buit because of legacy issues, I also installed Mechanical Desktop 2009.

The file opening behavior defaulted at installation to a text input line. How do I change the behvior to give me menus for file management functions?

Thanks

Set FILEDIA=1 and CMDDIA=1.

I tried from teh command line, and it said "Unkown Command"

Where do I set this?

Thanks

On the command line you entered, "FILEDIA" without the quotes, and then <enter> and MDT said "Unknown Command"?  It should respond with a prompt to enter 0 or 1.  The same thing should happen with "CMDDIA" and then <enter>.  These are fundamental AutoCAD commands so if they're not working then I fear you have installation problems.
