switched over to MDT6 and continuing with an assembly from MDT5. The problem I
am having is I have some bolts and washers constrained to each other, which
are constrained to a plate. This entire section has been TWEAKed away from the
main assy. I go to EXPLODE one washer which is a higher level than the bolt.
The washer explodes the correct amount, but the bolt ends up back at the
original location in the assembly, ignoring the tweak and the explosion
factor.
Hope I explained this properly. Any ideas or anyone seen this problem? I
never experienced this in 5 and I have continued to constrain in the same
fashion.
Thanks,
Dave

scenes were created in MDT6. I never had this problem in 5, but still keep the
order of assembly the same.
I placed a sample file in customer files, which demonstrates the same
behaviour. You will have to play with EXPLODE'ing the different parts. The
flat washers can't be constrained in a manner to allow EXPLODE'ing. So, I have
to TWEAK them. But the problem seems to be more with the bolts. Once a bolt is
exploded, something always happens to the previously exploded parts.
I'm stumped. I don't see anything I'm doing wrong.
Thanks,
Dave
