Cross-section error

I am having a problem taking a cross-section of a rotor sleeve. The sleeve
has grooves both in the clockwise and counter-clockwise directions. When
trying to make a cross-section along the axis I get the following errors:

ERROR: FAILURE WHILE CALCULATING SECTION VIEW.
ERROR: OUTSIDE RELATIONSHIP ON WIRE BEING DELETED.

I have another similar rotor sleeve which I am able to make a cross-section
of. The only difference is in the pitch and the fillet. The rotor sleeve
which I cannot take a section view of, has a fillet on both ends. The rotor
sleeve which I am able to make a section of will not allow me to add a
fillet.

I will put the rotor sleeve which I cannot take a section of in the CF
exchange if someone wants to look at it. The file is ROTOR2.zip.

By the way, on my system it makes 11 minutes to open the file. When making
the sleeve, it took about 30 minutes for my computer to array the grooves in
one direction and 23 hours for the second!!! Luckily my computer doesn't
complain about working the weekends! Any comments on how to make the sleeve
in a better way are also welcome.

My computer is:

DELL Precision 410
PIII dual 500 MHz
384 Mb RAM
Diamond Viper 770D, 32Mb
