Does anyone know if it's possible to bake displacement on a mesh with Maya LT? I can see that you can apply displacement, but it's not "viewable" without the rendering component. Can it be baked into an exported model though?

So there are a couple ways to do this,
You can use Modify\Convert\Displacement to Polygons
You could possibly also use the Texture Deformer which deforms a mesh based on the light/dark values in a texture map.
