Xgen collision problem

hi guys.

im trying to create hair in XGEN and make them dynamic.

after i have done with Animwire Modifier and its properties i have the dynamic curve but when i play i have penetration between hair primitives and mesh.

iv done this but i have the penetration again:

1.in collision modifier i gave the Cache file .

2.modifier cv count up to 40

3.in solver attribute substeps 30 Max collision iteration 40

4.play with the collision section in hairsystem but i got no better result.

5.i rebuild the guid curves to more than 20 cvs maybe that is helpful but nothing had changed.

6.make collide meshes Passive

after all these i have the colllision problem yet
