Well, this is just weird. I made a test scene, just to practice with BiFrost. It worked okay, though I wasn't really any good. Anyway, loaded up a different scene that I was making, and I wanted my Godzilla model to rise out of the ocean with a splash. But when I applied 'BiFrost > Creat Liquid' to my cube area, the square that SHOULD pop up around the cube is small, and is at the 'spawn', or (0,0,0). No matter what I do, I can't fix it, and the water simulation isn't even there, it's basically just a Nurb cube. I'm rendering in Maya Software, if that's any help. Mental Ray is taking almost 28 minutes to render one frame, so I'm forced to use Maya Software. If you need pictures I can provide them, but I would like to know if this is a common problem to fix.
