Publish callouts to .pdf as seachable text

Hi, 

I am doing large assembly manuals with multiple callouts on parts.

I need to be able to seach for a specific part in the published .pdf document.

As standard, it seems the callouts are published as pictures, and are therefore not seachable.

Is it posible to tweak this so I publish the callout as text?
