Major failure after update!!!!!!!

We are using Inventor Publisher as a pilot project for two different project teams.  There has been a lot of effort put into these two Publisher files and both files are not screwed up after running an update.  After running update all our invisible parts became visible, all our explosions were deleted and all our annotaion disappeared.  If we were to hit save, the file gets corrupt and we can't even open it.

As you may know, we have your file and we're looking into the problem.  When we have a resolution, I'll post information here.

Thank you Jon!  Just posted to see if others have experienced this issue and to see if we are doing something wrong that may be causing this to happen.  I will wait to hear from you!
