How to change reflection environment

Currently using Inventor Publisher 2013 R1.

How do you change the Reflection Environment (reflection image)?

It is not always desirable to see a Lobby reflection on parts.

I have discovered several DDS files in the Inventor Publisher folder, but no documentation to explain how to change the current or active reflection environment file.

I am familiar with the Background > Environment option. This provides four preset choices with no ability to control the reflection image. Switching back to Solid Background color restores the "Lobby" reflection.
