CER solution is for autocad, not publisher

wow, this is an unstable piece of software.

After many, many, crashes I got a solution from autodesk 'stability issues with uncertified graphics card' but when I click the link it says that that solution only applies to various flavours of Autocad and Revit.

Any ideas?

This is where it sends me:

Yes, Publisher didn't do this support.

Thanks

What does that mean?  Publisher crashes, and sends me to something that doesn't help.  Why?

Is there a link that it should have sent me to?

The crash is maybe caused by:

  • A uncertified graphics card
  • Outdated/uncertified graphics card drivers

A general solution is to turn off graphics card hardware acceleration,  but using software simulation instead. AutoCAD and Revit supports this switch as you see at http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/item?siteID=123112&id=20069400&linkID=9240617, but Publisher did not support such switch.

Thanks

Irene

So why is Publisher telling me that this is the solution?
