"Please use Get Revision..." dialog box

As a rule, our company has multiple people working on different subcomponents of the same assembly.  Therefore we constatnly see the "Please use Get Revision to download the latest information before performing this operation" dialog box.  As we work with very large assemblies, it's impracticle to get latest on an entire assembly to simply perform a small operation on a small sub-component that is up to date in vault.

Please add a "don't show me again" check box to this dialog box
