Hi there,
When drawing a rectangle with the midpoint command inventor palces the diagonals.
If you trie to offset the rectangle it won't recognice the figure as a loop, you need to delete the construction lines for creating an offset of the complete rectangle in one go. (= time consuming)
Isn't it possible to let inventor detect loops only within 1 linetype, or make an option out of it?
Kind Regards,

You beat me to it. Centerpoint rectangle is fabulous, but if we can't offset it, there's no time savings in using it.
Thanks
Why did you use offset? Why not using center point rectangle a second time??
@michael
cause the spacing wouldnt be the same all around, I would have to place 2 dimensions vs 1 with an offset-command.
Spending more money is not a solution for something that should have worked in the first place. One place I work at still uses 2014, and there appears to be no fix for it.
UPSELLING IS NOT A SOLUTION
Shame on Autodesk.
