inverse selection

We do a ton of flanges with holes sometimes up to 100 holes on a flange, with a mating flange and projected geometry that is now 200 holes. I should be able to select profile select inverse or similar and select holes only and cut flange at one time, or a multiple (window select left or right like AutoCAD) select to grab the profiles I need to extrude/cut.

The current process is as follows (see images):

Create sketch

make the projected lines of flange construction

Ctrl select each circle from the projected selection. (I know about holes and how to do that parametrically so I don't need comments on how to do that)
