I would like to have the possibility to group some features of a part. Then the group would be handled as a single entity (patterned, suppressed or other operations).

I think you have this option already = Add to New Folder. Problem is that Content Center items sometimes you can't move or add to Folders. I hope it will be solved.

feature group in a part file IPT should work in a similar way the Folder function works in an Assembly IAM...

other 3D CAD (SW, NX, Catia) already have similar feature functions for part files.
