annual service packs

I couldn't find the general autodesk ideaStation so I'll post this here.  

Create annual service packs for all autodesk products.  Example ...

2011 Inventor Pro service pack 2 was published 5-19-2011.  There have been 23 hotfixes since.  It would be nice to be able to just download 2 more service packs (i.e. Service pack 2012 and service pack 2013) to bring a new user up to speed rather than 23 hotfixes.  This seems to be a problem across all autodesk products.  We get service pack 1 and 2 (maybe 3) and then after that, it's all hotfixes.  Please continue to create the hotfixes as they are needed, but provide annual packs to reduce the needed number of downloads for a re-install or new user.
