Use offset with Centre Point Retangle

Can it be possible that if you made an Centre Point Rectangle that we could also use the offset function.

Now: If you use centre point rectangangle: You can only offset one entity, not a loop.

If you use 2- point rectangle, it will recognize a loop with the offset command.

I'm fairly certain this is already possible... as long as Loop Select is turned on, I can offset a regular rectangle and a center point rectangle.
