Uniform Case in IDW Templates

There are many discussions about the uniformity of case, either UPPER CASE or Title Case.  In my case, I didn't care necessarily which way, but I wanted it to be *the same*.  I based our first stab at a drawing template on the included ANSI IDW template and here are some notes and their cases:

View Titles (Section, Aux View) - UPPERCASE

Hole Descriptions (THRU) - UPPERCASE

Chamfer Leader - Title Case

Table Titles (Rev Table, Hole Table, Parts List, etc) - UPPERCASE

Material (pulled from component) - Title Case

Mass (pulled from component, lbmass) - lowercase

It seemed to me that changing all of the annotation styles was easier than creating a new material library and I didn't know if I could change "lbmass", so I went this route.  However, if someone is interested in uniformity, there's a fair bit of work to do, regardless of whether you're going with UPPER CASE or Title Case.
