Sheet metal thickness reduction in folding area

Sheet metal thickness reduction in folding area

In order to produce a bent sheet metal part with "sharp edges" the metal sheet's thickness is reduced  (milled) in the area of the folding line before it is bent. The result is a very thin bending radius - an almost sharp edge.

As far as I know it is not possible to model these kind of parts in inventor (There are only annoying workarounds I know of).

It would be great to have an option for the thickness reduction in every dialog associated with bending.

thanks.
