PATH MATE

A new constraint type needs to be added that will allow the mating of a part or assembly to a path.

The current method  is Rube Goldberg-ish at best!! And quite frankly, it is a silly and embarassing 

way to accomplish mating to a path when compared to the way Solid Works Does it!
