More flexibility for patterns, work features, content center (CC) parts, etc.

There are several other posts scattered about that cover these same issues, but I'm combining them all into one sweeping statement: allow patterns, work features, content center components, and anything else that shows up in the browser tree to be re-ordered, placed in folders, and promoted/demoted between assemblies, or manipulated any other way just as easily as any normal part. Currently these operations cannot be performed on these types of components. Below are several Discussion Groups posts demonstrating how widely-requested these features are.
