Mirror in Part Environment - Break Option

I think having a tick box in the mirror feature box, that would allow you to break the link between the original would be a great tool.  I would love to use mirror to save time when modelling, but I would like the mirror to be a slightly different size.  Just having a tick box would allow this to happen

How would you then edit the size of the mirrored feature, when there's no parent feature driving it?

Simply creates a new feature, called for example cylinder 2.  I was thinking of it copying the sketch from one face to another, and then applying the same feature to it.  I dont think that would be difficult to achieve
