Make the view SCALE property available in the Title Block

The default title block (and many custom title blocks) contain a SCALE entry. There is currently no way to associate the View Label Properties<SCALE> to the title block as an associative Property. The View Label Properties is not available when you are customizing the title block.

I agree this wuold be useful, as it is something you can do with Part Number (although it associates with the first view you create, so you need to plan your layout).
