Lock Angle Dimension Line Position When Using Leader

When you set a linear dimension to use a leader, Inventor locks the dimension line where it is, and you can move the text wherever you want.

When you set an angle dimension to use a leader, Inventor does NOT lock the dimension line, and it jumps all over the bloody place with no obvious rhyme or reason to when it will finally break off a leader... usually some 2" or so from the nearest object line.  This is infuriating.  When the "Leader" option is selected, the angle dimension lines should stay put exactly where they are.
