Included Zeros for ft-in Values in Custom Property Format

A few releases ago, the ability to add "included zeros" in ft-in dimensions was added to the dimension styles.  For example:

No included zeros:  1'-1/2"

Included zeros:  1'-0 1/2"

Showing the zero is my company's preferred standard, as many people find the dimensions easier to read in that format.  So that addition is great, except that it isn't complete.  The option for included zeros does not exist in parts list column formats or parameter Custom Property Formats.  As a result, we can't use this feature and still keep our dimensions and parts lists formatted consistently.

Please add this option to these other similar locations, so the formatting can be kept consistent.

Indeed - I saw that one when looking to see if anyone had already posted this as an idea.  This was in the discussion, but I couldn't find anywhere where it had been listed specifically as the actual idea.  I just ran across it yesterday on some prints, where the reviewer was asking me to change the dimension style to show the included zeros.

After doing some research to confirm that it's currently not possible to do in the parts list, we had to discuss whether we wanted to include the zeros on the dimensions and be inconsistent with the parts list, or leave them off everywhere.  Ultimately we decided to go with the consistent look for now, but would like it to be fixed properly so we can achieve what we actually wanted to do in the first place.
