Enhance extrusion feature to FROM + Distance

Having possibility to extrude a profile from any face and then select a distance.

Exampel extrude this profile from this face with a distance of X millimeters.

There has been so many times I have been thinking the exact same thing. Would make it so much easier to make multi-body parts.
