Drawing notes wizard

I wish for a Drawing notes wizard that behaves like footnotes. It would use symbols like a triangle note and be associative to a line item similar to the revision tag functionality.

If we could add sketched symbols to notes and link them to other sketched symbols we could put a flagnote pointing to some feature on a view and put the same flagnote in the notes.  If the text in one flagnote changed then the text in the corresponding flagnote would change.  Currently we have to update them separately and leave space in the note text to manually overlay a sketched symbol on the page in the proper position.
