Do not move all the points in a non-constrained 3D sketch

Enable the feature “3D move/Rotate” to move only the selected point without move the other non-contrained point in 3D sketch (as 2012 and before).

How? Is it possible to Enable the feature “3D move/Rotate” in application option or any thing similar? All points move if you move one point. Must be some kind of error that not been solved. I can create line in 3 d sketch with precise inputs. But if I do one point wrong I have to erase the line and start from beginning. And if I have to justify one point on the 3 d line I have to erase and create a New. This is so frustrating, It`t one of the basic tools in 3d that does´t work in Inventor. WHY?
