Centre Point Rectangle

Can we have this available in the 3D Sketch environment as well as the 2D sketch environment? (just as it is with the competitors product).

And, can you made it possible that if you made an Centre Point Rectangle could also use the offset function.

Now: If you use centre point rectangangle: You can only offset one entity, not a loop.

If you use 2- point rectangle, it will recognize a loop with the offset command.
