Asymmetric distance for contour flange

I would like to have an option to create an asymmetric contour flange in one feature.  Currently this must be done with more than one feature (at least when creating a contour flange as a base feature).  It would have similar functionality to the asymmetric extrusion.  Something like this:

We are refining procedures around idea status.  Changing this to Future Consideration.

I'm having difficulty understanding why this has not been implemented yet. It exists on all major competitor platforms and should be similar in programming (including testing and debugging) to the Join or New Solid portions of the Part>3D Model>Extrude command.
