Add associative equals dimension

When there are centered dimensions we use a block but when the dimensions actually change in the 3D this is not reflected in the drawing.

It has already cost us enough to use an ugly workaround.

It would be useful to be able to tell Inventor that two dimensions could become one with the equals sign.
