Ability to insert user parameters directly in rule editor

It would be very useful and time saving to have an option to insert user parameters directly in rule editor. And after inserting parameter it is directly inserted in Parameters.

Example (see images): right click -> insert user parameter (numeric, text, ...)  -> Add Numeric  -> your parameter - OK

Access to the Export setting and Custom Property Format of the parameters from this location would be handy as well.  This would allow you to set up all of your parameters as needed for iLogic rules relating to iProperties, without having to switch back and forth between the iLogic rule editor and the Parameters dialog box.

It would be much easier for the users if we could create new parameters through the iLogic rule creation window.

As it is currently, users need to close the rule window and open the parameters window, create the parameter and then open the rule window again.

It would be easier if the parameters could be created without going through all of that opening and closing of windows.
