Ability to Input Distance for Offset Sketch Command

This command could be a lot more intuitive if there was an option that allowed a user to input an exact distance while using this command.  At the very leasr while doing the offset have the ability to constrain the offset sketch to an existing sketched entity.

I kow this has been talked about for a few versions, but I am thinking it is time ti implement this into the software.

But in using the command and doing a search to see if it was even possible.  Which I found out it wasn't.

and if you use an entered value, it should place a dimension on th offset near where you picked to make the offset

If you accept this, please make sure a parameter can be defined with the "parameter name =#value" option, okay?
