"Sesame Street" character comes thru ok. Adjusted my profile as well.

Now if we can figure out why some of us cannot log into the newsgroups
using an NTTP program is one bug that needs attention.

I changed nothing in OE from last week. Everything works fine.... Maybe I'm
just lucky.

Thanks Dennis. I've seen another post here where the user was trying to
log in using OE, and the name/password window kept coming back. I'm
seeing the same thing.

I believe most of the troubles of attempting to log in thru the NNTP
interface, not with a web browser such as IE6 or IE7.

I still cannot log into the newsgroups thru either Pan or OE. However, I
am still able to post to the newsgroups thru a newsreader without logging
in.

This is the open hole that spammers get thru with.
