can you please help me how to make a stub gear

Drag out the Machineries Handbook, turn to the stub gear page, sketch the
profile and extrude it. Ole's gears won't work for ya'?

I found a 10T stub I did in R5 and migrated to 5.3. It's a faked involute
but pretty close, in that the teeth seem to maintain contact okay. Maybe you
can use it for an example to put something together ... well ... unless
you're designing a hob, I guess. I did it just the way I indicated:
Machineries Handbook and patients.

I get a lot of gears here:
http://www.wmberg.com/

They aren't true involute, but good enough for modeling.
