spring simulation

hi i have created compression spring under design and how can i simulate it under dynamic simulation? I cant create spring in dynamic simulation.

You do not need the modeled spring for Dynamic Simulation - add a Spring/Damper/Jack force.
Have you gone through the Help>Learning Tools>Tutorials?
Have you gone through the Wasim Younis book?
Have you had any instruction in Dynamic Simulation?
