What version of Inventor are you using?

Can you post your model so we can take a look at it?

At what point are you stuck exactly?

Hi!

There is better ways to create that, but it will use some advance techniques.

You have to create a solid and then derive faces of that solid and give them thickness (never use shell, loft or sweep, it will not work).

Can you tell us which are the diferent plates you need.... e.g. can youindicate in your image the different parts you want to have? We can help you produce each part...

Have not find how to derive faces

I am seeking a way of modelling multi sheet assies because thin parts are difficult match and align. It would be convinient to point surfaces and adjacent surfaces (for curvutare parts) and obtain result.

Why did you use a 3rd party site rather than attach here?

Find the red End of Part marker in the browser.
(End of Folded on sheet metal parts EOF)
Drag the red EOP to the top of the browser hiding all features.

Save the file with the EOP in a rolled up state.

Right click on the file name and select Send to Compressed (zipped) Folder.

Attach the resulting *.zip file here.

Hi!

Open the assembly "Bunker".

Also open the ipt "Solid Master".

Edit the "Solid Master": Change the dimensions in "Solid Master" and you will see the parts change the dimension in the assembbly accordingly.

The parts are based in this solid master by deriving it.
