I wan't to make a corner seam to a sheet metal product, but I can't make the last 2 corner seams.

Sometimes, adding faces manually is easier. Not sure if the corner seams should have worked in your example.

Hi,
I figured out a way myself. I have made a extra flange with 0,1 degree bend in it. Now the line to make the seam is broken an has the correct start position as the opposite one. Se attachment for explanation.

Just a tip...
If this kind of shape (with different angles), i prefer to use the envelope modeling type.
Create a part model with the body of the sheet metal component. Derive this component to a work surface and then draw sheet metal on this surface "mannequin". Its very easy.

I forgott to mention that I use Inventor Suite 2011.
I can't open the attachet files, I think they are saved as 2012 😉
Can you please upload 2011 versions?
