"iProperties" tab is missing from Properties Dialog

I have 2 PCs - "PC-1" has IV2013 pro installed while "PC-2" with IV2014 pro.

Normally when we rightclick the drawing files in Windows Explorer, a message from the "Design Assistant XXXX" will display then the "Properties" dialog with "iProperties" tab will follow.

My problem is that the PC-2 looks fine but in PC-1 the a message from the "Design Assistant 2013" doesn't appear and the "Thumbnail" & "iProperties" tabs are missing in the "Properties" dialog.

Please see the screenshots and thanks for your help.

Hi Ke Li,

Check out the information from the Inventor 2013 Help files for the details and procedure on how to get to the iProperties for the 2013 version. The topic is under Autodesk Inventor -> Collaboration and Visualization -> Design Assistant -> iProperties. Thanks.

Thanks. I just had a look into the help.

It seems not provide any info for turning on the"iProperties" tab in "Properties" dialog.

BTW. I have 3rd PC has IV2013 pro installed and it works fine.

Any other clues? Thanks.
